CREDIT CARDS
Deposits or Funding your Poker account with Credit Cards can only be accepted by credit cards
underwritten by banks in the Common Monetary Area of Southern Africa – therefore no foreign
credit cards are accepted.
Accepted Credit Cards:
- VISA.
- MASTERCARD.
- AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- DINERS CLUB.
You can make Diners Club transactions, however manual authorization may be required, contact their Support
Desk to arrange for these transactions should there be a delay in getting your transaction authorized electronically.
After you have downloaded your Poker Software, click on the "bank" button next to the credit meter.
Choose the "ADD CREDIT CARD" option from the banking menu. You will be prompted with an online
credit card registration form, which you must complete.
When completing your credit card registration form, ensure that the "name on credit card" field
is the same name used when you registered (Signed up) your REAL account.
Please EXCLUDE your title (e.g.:Mr/Mrs/Miss).
You will be required to furnish them with copies of the front and back of your credit card
(you must blot out the CVC number prior to sending this info) and proof of ID (either an ID document, Passport
or Valid Driver’s Licence). This is a once off process to ensure data integrity and your protection.
CREDIT CARD LIMITS
You can only register a maximum of two (2) credit cards on your poker account, a daily purchase
limit of R1,000.00 per card. This daily purchase limit is refreshed automatically at midnight, every 24 hours.
All purchases are billed against your credit card in the name of Piggs Peak.
Players are able to decrease their deposit limits per day, these requests will be dealt with timeously
by their operator. Increases in deposit limits requested by players are only effective after 48 hours.
When you use your credit card as a means of purchasing play credits, all cash ins will be credited
back into your credit card. Should you
be using multiple credits cards and would like your cash in to be
credited to a specific credit card, then you must email
support@piggspeakpoker.com with your request.
Once your cash in has been processed, they will advise you via email as to the allocation thereof.
It should take between 2 to 3 working days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
